Key Responsibilities:

As a full-time Senior Sous Chef, your role encompasses:

1. Crafting and presenting high-quality dishes with precision.

2. Spearheading recipe development, and dish innovation.

3. Cultivating a positive and rewarding working environment for the culinary team.

4. Providing training and mentorship to enhance the skills of your team.

5. Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene practices, in line with HACCP.

6. Monitoring portion control to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

7. Handling ordering processes and overseeing prep lists.

8. Manage kitchen management system, Cooking The Books.

9. Adhere to labour cost budgets.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef with the following attributes:

Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the culinary team.

High motivation and a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.

A positive and collaborative attitude towards colleagues.

A genuine passion for creating elevated Pub Grub experiences.

Previous experience in a similar leadership role with 2+ years of experience
