About the role
These positions are primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• The identify and report building maintenance issues
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols for internal and external
• Concierge / commercial building security
• Access control and monitor CCTV
• Responding professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries
• Direct and escort visitors to site
• Visitor sign in/induction

Skills & experience

• Australian citizenship
• Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
• Current NSW Security licence
• Hold a baseline AGSVA clearance and willing to undergo a NV1 AGSVA clearance or hold an NV1 AGSVA clearance
• Excellent customer service and communication
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
• Integrity and sound judgment
