With multiple new stores set to open and major developments underway in our wholesale and manufacturing operations, the next 6 to 18 months will be an exciting period of transformation and growth—making this the perfect time to join Woodfrog Bakery

As an Area Manager you will lead 8 to 12 stores ranging from CBD to South East Melbourne.

To be successful in this position you would need to:

Have an open and growth-oriented mindset

Lead with energy, positivity, and a coaching style that inspires your team

Be accountable and driven to own outcomes across your region

Role model our vision and values every day

Bring experience as a multi-site leader, high-performing store manager, or department manager in a Big Box environment (e.g. supermarkets)

Be exceptionally organised, so that you can effectively & consistently execute on brand direction

Deliver a consistently engaging customer experience

Deliver consistently against KPIs and a balanced scorecard
