We are currently recruiting multiple roles for Marketing Officers/Education Consultants/Admission Officer based in our Melbourne Office.
About the Duties
Marketing Officer
Role & Responsibility
Conduct Marketing research to understand the market, partner schools and products
Maintain regular update on company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Red, Wechat Official
Propose innovative ideas to improve the team's sales
Plan and coordinate promotional events for International students online and offline
Prepare and provide regular marketing performance report to management(budget, performance and analysis)
Stay tuned on the latest marketing trends for International students
Design marketing materials for online and offline marketing campaigns
Shoot and edit promotional videos
Other tasks as directed by management
Essential:
Bachelor degree and above
Full Time working rights in Australia
Sound understanding of AQF and Australian migration policies
Highly efficient and great time management skills
Excellent attention to details
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fast learner with a positive "can-do" attitude
NAATI Chinese into English translation credential preferred
Local experience in office environment will be an advantage
Language:
Excellent English and Mandarin language - written and verbal

Education Consultant
Role & Responsibility
Provide accurate and customised academic advice and individual consultation to international students
Devise optimal study plans as well as offer alternative options for students in accordance with their essential needs and ultimate prospects
respond to students' queries and worries
Assist with students' application/enrolment processes
Provide and coordinate a range of support services for students including visa and migration assistance
Take in-house training and ongoing self-learning to equip oneself with a comprehensive knowledge database
Maintain a sustainable and mutual-supportive relationship with Australian higher education providers
Be sensitive to and up-to-date with industrial information
Professionally presented as a reliable education consultant
Participate in different marketing events and activities
Identify every potential clients and achieve high conversions rate.
The Applicant
Essentials:
Australian citizen, PR, Full Time working visa
Bachelor degree or above
Multilingual proficiency is a priority
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a good memory
Work experience in Australia in the areas of customer services, sales or marketing
High efficiency and attention to details
Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
Flexible with positive problem-solving attitude and capabilities
Well-developed time management skills
Second language required - Chinese/Cantonese/Hindi

Admission Officer
Role & Responsibility
Analyse prospective students' applications based on standard admission policies
Process applications for international students including ELICOS, VET, TAFE and University applications
Assess each applicant and decide whether they are a good fit for admissions to Australian institutions
Understand each institutions admission policy and guide Education consultants throughout admission process
Process students’ course-related requests including extension, deferral, cancellations or other general enquiries to Australian institutions on behalf of counsellors
Communicate with partner institutions about students’ application or enquiries in a professional manner
Communicate with colleagues in an open and efficient way to update admission progress / progress
Maintain proper and comprehensive records and documentations
Assist with general office duties such as answering incoming enquiries or phone calls
Being reliable and responsible
Respecting differences with cultural awareness Other tasks as directed
Experience and skills
Experience in customer service and administration tasks
Understanding admission process for Universities in Australia (Desired, not compulsory)
Understanding Australian student visa system (Desired, not compulsory)
Work under pressure
Excellent attention to details
High level of interpersonal skills
Communication skills, both verbal and written communication
High level of English competency
Time management skills
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
