About the Role: As our Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of both CIBT and CIHE by connecting with high school students and sparking their excitement for what lies ahead. You’ll engage with local schools, collaborate on impactful digital campaigns, and bring our story to life through dynamic recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking creatively, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and Engage: Represent CIBT and CIHE at high schools, career fairs, and open days, passionately showcasing our programs to prospective students and their families.

Build Lasting Connections: Develop strong partnerships with school career advisors, and student influencers to drive enrolment growth.

Create Impactful Campaigns: Design and deliver exciting digital and social media campaigns that captivate students and generate buzz.

Be an advocate: Craft compelling messages and content that bring CIBT and CIHE’s unique offerings to life across social media platforms and digital channels.

Elevate the Student Experience: Guide students through the journey from inquiry to enrolment, offering personalised advice on courses, admissions, and the CIBT and CIHE experiences.

Drive Growth: Analyse the performance of recruitment strategies and digital campaigns, constantly refining them for even greater impact.

Host Events: Plan and deliver engaging events such as school visits, student information sessions, and orientation days that leave a lasting impression on future students.

Key Selection Criteria:

A degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience in student recruitment or marketing, particularly within a higher education environment, is highly regarded.

Familiarity with digital marketing principles and confidence using social media platforms to support outreach and engagement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

A genuine passion for education and supporting students on their journey to success.
