This practice is searching for a warm, highly motivated, and exceptionally personable Dental Receptionist to join their close-knit team. They will be the first and last point of contact, setting the tone for a positive and reassuring experience for every individual who walks through the doors. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an attractive remuneration range of $35-$40 per hour, reflecting the value of their contribution.

Master the Art of Scheduling: Skilfully manage and confirm appointments, minimising cancellations and respecting patient time.
Empower with Information: Provide clear, compassionate information about procedures and policies, ensuring patient confidence.
Be a Guardian of Privacy: Uphold strict patient confidentiality and privacy compliance.
Nurture Organised Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in D4W.
Navigate Insurance with Ease: Process claims efficiently and follow up diligently.
Manage Finances with Integrity: Handle billing and payments with accuracy and discretion.
Cultivate a Welcoming Sanctuary: Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area that reflects the holistic ethos.
