My Supports is a well-established, registered NDIS provider with over 650 staff across Australia. Founded in 2015 by individuals with lived experience of disability, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports through our unique Neighbourhood Team model. This is backed by over 60% of staff having their own lived experience and this drives the passion for our client's outcomes.

Our approach is simple – we empower local leaders to build strong, community-focused teams that provide the best possible support to individuals with disabilities. Now, we’re looking to build our presence in regional south New South Wales, and we need a leader who can make that happen.

The Opportunity

At My Supports, we call our state and regional managers “Coaches” because we focus on empowering and supporting our teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. As our South NSW Coach, your role is threefold:

Lead & Develop People: Inspire, mentor, and empower your Team Leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams delivering core support, support coordination, and community-based accommodation (ILO) services.

Drive Growth & Community Engagement: Take ownership of My Supports’ expansion across South Regional NSW—building strong local partnerships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring more people receive the support they need.

Ensure compliance and best practice: Drive the delivery of services that are in line with current best practice NIS guidelines and compliance.

About You

We’re looking for an inspiring and strategic leader with:

Proven leadership experience in managing multiple, geographically diverse teams, ideally in the NDIS or disability services sector.

A passion for coaching and developing leaders, with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.

Business acumen and a growth mindset, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to expand services.

Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to drive community engagement and business growth.

A deep commitment to person-centred support and a strong understanding of the NDIS framework.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience ensuring quality services are delivered in line with NDIS best practice
