What You Will Do in Your First Year
- Manage 200+ customer accounts, ensuring timely and successful renewal of subscriptions.
- Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive account expansion.
- Own the full sales cycle for straightforward deals, from proposal to close.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support more complex renewal or expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them realise ongoing value from the platform.
- Maintain detailed pipeline visibility using CRM tools and contribute to forecasting accuracy.
- Play a key role in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
