About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-value members, ensuring they get maximum value from their membership and continue to renew. This role is about genuine relationship-building—helping entrepreneurs connect, grow, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Inductions – Ensure new members are welcomed and onboarded within the first two weeks
  • Ongoing Engagement – Conduct 3-month and 6-month check-ins to strengthen relationships and support members
  • Renewals & Retention – Proactively drive renewals by reinforcing the value of membership
  • Event Hosting & Networking – Attend and facilitate networking events, helping members connect
  • Account Management – Track member engagement, identify opportunities, and ensure members remain actively involved
  • CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records to monitor member retention and engagement

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in account management, retention, or inside sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business acumen and confidence in engaging with entrepreneurs
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about customer success
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) preferred but not essential
