The Role:
We’re seeking a Floor Store Manager to join our vibrant team at Café Toro. In this hands-on, front-facing position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, managing a team of staff, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for customers. If you’re a natural leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for great food and coffee, and a knack for delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Ensure smooth running of the café floor, with an emphasis on high standards of customer service, staff presentation, and store cleanliness.
Team Leadership: Manage rosters, oversee staff performance, provide training, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Customer Engagement: Deliver a top-notch customer experience by actively engaging with customers and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Retail Floor Management: Maintain high standards of store presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
Stock Control Experience: Maintaining stock holdings, analysing sales data, stocktakes and wastage control.

Attention to Detail: You have a meticulous eye for store presentation and customer experience.
Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and motivating a team. You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Passion for Food & Coffee: You have a genuine love for food, coffee, and the café experience.
Customer Focused: Your priority is creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are always met.
Organised & Efficient: You can manage multiple tasks, rosters, and day-to-day operations seamlessly.
Petrol and Previous Management Experience is an advantage
