Criteria:

• Multi Residential and Hotel experience advantageous, confident working high and medium density with degrees of Mixed Use
• An eye for forward thinking design and a real passion for your craft, with strengths from design development to construction documentation
• High degree of practical skill, knowledge and experience within the local Australian design market with strong experience in local codes
• Ability to manage and lead large scale multiple projects with support from the sector lead and an established team sitting under you - this is a top level Architectural Leader position reporting to the executive team/ the next step from here is Associate level
• People skills – capable of leading and empowering teams in a positive manner, this is also aligned with collaborating efficiently, coordinating consultants, client facing and maintaining relationships
• Strong visual demonstration of projects - a detailed portfolio that demonstrates your work on the tools and highlights your project involvement
• NSW Registration is preferred (though not essential)
• Experienced in Revit as a primary tool
