Tasks and Duties:

• Deliver on Customer Service KPIs
• Ensure that customer satisfaction scores from the CSS and CX reports are consistently of the highest standard
• Support internal and external customer base to ensure high quality service delivery
• Helping support the achievement of the 2030 strategy
• Accurate data input and management of the CS lead process
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically (Talkdesk, email or LiveChat)
• Provide pricing, ETA's, delivery information and tracking of orders to customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer database.
• Process orders, returns, quotes and other requests.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, sales, marketing
  and service)
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team, and the company, by sharing
  knowledge through collaboration.
• Undertaking any other tasks that may be required.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
