Emploi Recruitment is currently recruiting for a practice manager for a well respected 3 Director firm in Perth's CBD. This firm has added a new director in the last 12 months and has significant growth plans moving forward.

The role is to replace the firm's long standing practice manager who is scaling back.

Marketing, BD and Business Growth Strategies

Governance

Business Planning

Risk Management

Management Reporting

KPIs and review

What you will bring:

Proven experience in managing people, preferably in a professional services environment

Passion and leadership

High level of Ethics and Professionalism

Excellent time management and organisational skills

The ability to develop effective and efficient systems.

High level of knowledge in general administration processes

Workflow and capacity planning within a professional services environment

Excellent MS Office and general software knowledge

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in an accounting firm or even a financial planning or legal firm.
