We have partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company that provides innovative pricing and profitability solutions to some of the world’s leading financial institutions. They are looking to bring on a Technical Implementation Specialist to join their customer success team.

In this role, you'll be the technical bridge between the platform and the customer, helping new clients get set up and supporting existing users with configuration, training, and platform optimization. Responsibilities

Guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and adoption of a powerful SaaS platform.

Translate client needs into actionable internal deliverables and documentation.

Work closely with internal teams (product, project management, engineering) to support delivery and resolve issues.

Perform platform setup, configuration, and validation to match client requirements.

Create onboarding materials and documentation to support clients and scale delivery.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders—you’ll be the go-to expert for both clients and internal teams.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in onboarding processes and system features.

Skills

1–2 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, such as Implementation Consultant, Technical BA, Developer, or Solutions Specialist.

Clear, confident communication skills—you can explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of software systems and integrations (APIs, platforms, data configuration).

Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and deliver results in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Comfortable working across internal teams to keep implementation on track.

A background in finance or exposure to banking clients is a plus.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with C# or can read/write basic code.
