About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centered care across our aged care facilities in Bendigo. This is a casual position, ideal for RNs who value work-life balance and want the flexibility to choose when and where they work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individual care needs
• Administer medications and treatments as required
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status
• Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 6 Months Previous experience in aged care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
• Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as required by government regulations)
