Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care? HealthX is looking for experienced RNs to join our team for fixed-term contracts in aged care facilities across Adelaide and nearby regions.

🔹 About the Role

You’ll be working in well-supported aged care facilities, providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents. You’ll be part of a professional care team that values clinical excellence and resident wellbeing.

🔹 What You’ll Need:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Australian aged care facility

Solid clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

Ability to adapt quickly and work independently

A caring and empathetic approach to resident care

Flexible contract length: 12 weeks up to 6 months
