Maintenance Officer - Full-time position.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our team. The responsibilities revolve around general maintenance and upkeep of the residential facilities and surrounding grounds.

The role will be responsible for:

General maintenance of the internal and external environment

Conduct scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment

Complete ad hoc maintenance requests from internal stakeholders

Source necessary parts and materials to complete tasks

Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance requirements

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Proactively identify maintenance efficiencies and opportunities

Assist with general facility operational needs

Electrical testing and tagging (training provided)

A demonstrated ability in repair/maintenance tasks
