Experienced Excavator Operators (20–50T)
$40–$50/hour

Grounded Earthmoving is a leading civil construction company located in Epping. Due to expanding business and projects across the northern and western growth corridors, we are looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join our team on a full-time basis.

To be successful in this position you will:
• Be competent to operate machines ranging from 20T–50T
• Have experience working under powerlines, around water and gas mains, and performing final trim
• Understand the correct use of control measures
• Use equipment appropriately to minimise risks to health and safety
• Understand maintenance requirements including safe shutdown, inspection, cleaning, and repair

Highly regarded qualifications (not required):
• Logbook of on-the-job training
• Certificate issued under the (now repealed) WH&S Regulation 2008
• Statement of attainment – e.g., National Unit of Competency: Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations
• Equivalent State operator certification
