Our client, East Coast Traffic Control, is a leading provider of comprehensive traffic management solutions across Queensland and NSW. We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for an Area Manager to lead our operations in the Sunshine Coast region, based in Maroochydore. This role comes as part of an exciting period of growth following the acquisition of key contracts.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Traffic Controller (TC) and Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) certifications (desirable).
A current Construction White Card.
A valid Motor Vehicle Licence with willingness to travel.
Essential Experience:
Proven track record in safety management, maintaining exceptional standards and a proactive safety culture.
Strong customer service and sales background, with the ability to enhance client experiences and achieve revenue goals.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating teams for outstanding performance.
