WHO ARE WE?

Austwel Building Materials make high quality Aluminium Window and Doors giving better than industry standard products at below market prices. We are able to achieve high quality and low prices by having our own Aluminium system from scratch, a very rare gem in this industry.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?

$70K base salary (negotiable) PLUS commissions after achieving your allocated target – our current sales rep is earning in excess $250K. Highly successful sales people could realistically earn in excess of $350K, as the company has an uncapped earning structure plus a monthly bonus and rewards scheme. You can also expect unrivaled support from the staff and best of all, we have taken care of all the paper work and streamlined the process. Your job is only to engage with customers and leave all the nitty gritty back to the office.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will be generating sales through our well-established database. Most of, much of your role would be face to face with potential clientele and building a strong awareness in our branding. You would have all training and promotional materials you will need to effectively perform your job.

To be successful in this role you will:

Must have years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in aluminum windows and door industry will be highly favorable.

Be personable, professional, confident and reliable

Have a friendly and positive attitude

Enjoy being on the road (appointments are set within the Greater Metropolitan area)

Have good organisational skills

Be a quick learner

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

You will need your own reliable car (all fuel expenses via the company), mobile phone with internet/data capability are given, be extremely reliable and able to work between Monday to Friday. This is a sales position that requires personality, self-discipline and good organisational skills, as you'll be working independently and only required to attend the head office once a week.
