Drovers Elite Physio are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team.

The person who is the right fit for this role will be someone who wants to be a busy clinician, with potential pathways into leadership and business ownership in future.

We are looking for someone who is committed to developing the profession, and their own clinical skills, and is happy to work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for our community health.

The ideal candidate will also be someone who understands the importance of Physiotherapy within the health spere, and the scope of physiotherapy to create lifelong health and behaviour change for the people who seek our help.

Our team work with musculoskeletal pain, complex and chronic pain conditions, sporting injuries, and neurological conditions as well as lifelong health conditions, and creation of health initiatives to promote wellness and activity.

Our PD program involves the following

Monthly guest lectures and workshops with internal and external specialists

1:1 Mentoring with specialist and Titled Physios

Access to online programs and experts

Team development days and non-clinical mentoring

For new and recent graduates, we give you additional PD with access to a 2-year program (Capable Clinicians), taking you through the skills and knowledge needed to become the best Private Practice Physiotherapist you can be.

Capable Clinicians involves the following

Weekly online lectures and workshops in key clinical area

Case study presentations and key clinical concept focus workshops

In person workshops to refine knowledge and skills in real life scenarios

Intensive program weeks spread throughout the initial 2-year period

All PD is completed during paid work time.
