Senior Physiotherapist for Private Practice

Full time position, beautiful Coastal Clinic (Yeppoon and/ or Emu Park)

Activate Health is a well-respected Allied Health provider in CQ with well-appointed practices in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and Emu Park, including specially equipped therapy gyms, spacious consult rooms, and the latest treatment options. Activate Health has been providing best practice rehabilitation and health promotion care for over 10 years with an amazing team of Allied Health Professionals. We are currently wanting to add another experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to our team following the expansion of our Yeppoon and Emu Park Clinics. We are able to offer a flexible roster, and location can be negotiated to maximize Work Life balance. The role is suitable for a Senior Physiotherapist, with a Lead preceptorship role potentially offered.

Work side by side a passionate team of Physiotherapist's, Accredited Exercise physiologists, therapy assistant, Health facilitators, and a Diabetes Education dedicated to patient centered care and best practice. With experience levels varying from new graduate to over 15 years.

Benefit from the experience of our team members with over 40 years of accumulated clinical experience, and specialisations including Paediatrics, Women's health, vestibular, mental health, Diabetes, hydrotherapy, neurological, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Work as part of a unified and supportive Multidisciplinary team:

Activate Health is focused on continual improvement towards the needs of our communities, clients/ patients, and team members. We currently have a great team of Exercise physiologist's, Physiotherapist's and other above mentioned Health professionals with infrastructure in place to increase our Health disciplines.

Be guided with continual support, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth:

Participate in fortnightly multidisciplinary case conference meetings including in-house presentations, group case studies, and client collaborative sessions.

Work closely within an MDT with opportunities for regular liaison and preceptorship with team members, and ongoing specialised training as requested.

Have the tools to progress as a Health Professional:

Be spoilt with a professional team of administrators to handle all administrative tasks, client operational management, and streamline your day. Along with quality processers, procedures, and referral systems in place.

Practice confidently within our purpose-built Health practices complete with professional consult rooms, fully equipped exercise therapy gyms, and specialised service specific equipment.

Work alongside the practice manager and local owner, giving you a valued input into your role, programs, and the direction of the business.
