Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Admin/Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our repair team. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
As a Admin/receptionist
- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments for vehicle assessments and repairs
- Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs and address any concerns or inquiries they may have
- Maintain organised records of customer information, repair orders, and invoices
- administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
- Helping with Wovr data entry
As a Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Generate customer invoices, and perform Accounts Receivable duties and month end tasks,
- Customer service with our valued clients,
- Set up of contracts,
- Accurate processing of high-volume production data,
- Ensuring maintenance of accounts related documentation,
- Prepare timely and accurate customer invoices,
- Processing, investigating and responding to revenue and accounts receivable related tasks and enquiries
- Participating in debt recovery procedures on outstanding debts
- Cash handling, front office and administrative duties as required
- Undertaking other duties as required
Requirements:
This is a full time Role 8am-4.30pm Monday -Thursday, Friday 8am to 2pm
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour
- Proficiency in computer software and experience with automotive repair management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer & accounts service role is desirable
