We’re seeking a reliable and efficient Breakfast Cook to join the team at Treasury on Collins, an award-winning boutique hotel located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

About the Role

Casual position – Sundays and Mondays (extra days may be offered if wanted)

Hours: 6:00am – 11:00am

No à la carte, no eggs to order – just a well-executed buffet-style breakfast

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in breakfast service, commercial kitchens, or similar roles

A tidy, organised approach to prep and service

Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently

Food Safety knowledge and basic kitchen hygiene standards
