About the Role:
This full-time Monday–Friday position, offers a rewarding opportunity to be second-in-charge at a medium sized not for profit aged care facility in Trarlgon.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring clinical quality and resident care are of the highest standards especially in the lead up to accreditation under the new Aged Care Standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager or CCC in aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence with high care environments
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor a multidisciplinary team
• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
• Knowledge of Accreditation Standards and ANACC documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to continuous improvement and resident outcomes
• National Police Check (current)
