This business is a leader in the automotive industry, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Specialising in comprehensive automotive repair and maintenance services, the organisation has built a reputation for quality and reliability.

We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join the expanding team. This is a brand-new role created to support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an SME in Employment Hero, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with payroll data and coordinate with our outsourced payroll team.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Handle the offboarding process efficiently.
• Generate reports on HR activities, workforce metrics, and organisational changes.
• Address frontline queries from employees regarding policies, pay, leave entitlements, etc.
• Organise and coordinate training sessions and safety programs.

About You:

• At least 3 years in HR, with exposure to Employment Hero preferred.
• Previous experience in a blue-collar, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in reporting and data management. Payroll experience is beneficial.
• Ambitious, driven, and able to handle the ambiguity of a growing business.
• Able to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week.
