The Opportunity
This business is a leader in the automotive industry, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Specialising in comprehensive automotive repair and maintenance services, the organisation has built a reputation for quality and reliability.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join the expanding team. This is a brand-new role created to support the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an SME in Employment Hero, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with payroll data and coordinate with our outsourced payroll team.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Handle the offboarding process efficiently.
- Generate reports on HR activities, workforce metrics, and organisational changes.
- Address frontline queries from employees regarding policies, pay, leave entitlements, etc.
- Organise and coordinate training sessions and safety programs.
About You:
- At least 3 years in HR, with exposure to Employment Hero preferred.
- Previous experience in a blue-collar, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in reporting and data management. Payroll experience is beneficial.
- Ambitious, driven, and able to handle the ambiguity of a growing business.
- Able to work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week.
