About the role:
As the Senior Communications and Engagement Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering targeted communications and engagement activities that align with broader strategic goals. Working within a high-performing stakeholder engagement team, you will:

• Design and implement communication and engagement strategies under the IAP2 framework.
• Develop content and collateral to inform and consult with diverse community and industry groups.
• Provide expert advice and support to internal teams on best-practice engagement.
• Facilitate public consultation, workshops, and outreach activities to foster trust and transparency.

About you:

• We’re looking for a confident and adaptable professional with:
• Demonstrated experience in community engagement, public participation, or strategic communications.
• Strong writing, facilitation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience in the government, public sector, or private companies operating in complex stakeholder environments
• The ability to manage multiple projects with a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach.
