The Role:
As a School Psychologist at Carey, you'll be part of a supportive and dynamic wellbeing team, helping students thrive emotionally, socially and academically. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, provide one-on-one support, and contribute to a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week) 3-month fixed-term position to provide cover for long service leave.
Salary: Up to $134,809 per annum (pro-rated), depending on experience.

The Average Day:
- Providing one-on-one therapeutic support to students navigating mental health or emotional challenges.
- Collaborating with teachers and wellbeing staff to identify and support students with emerging or ongoing needs.
- Liaising with parents and external professionals to ensure consistent care and communication.
- Attending wellbeing team or case management meetings to monitor and plan for student support.
- Contributing to the development of proactive wellbeing initiatives and occasional staff training sessions.
