Rehabilitation Counsellor- Psychologist (Provisional or Registered) - Western Suburbs, Sydney
$85,000 - $95,000 + Super | CTP + Occupational Rehab | Psychologist Background | Hybrid Flexibility

Are you a passionate and empathetic Provisional Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor ready to make a real difference in the lives of others? Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of CTP and Workers Compensation clients with psychological or complex needs
• Conduct initial needs assessments and psychosocial functional assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored rehabilitation and return-to-life/work plans
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, insurers, employers, and treating health professionals
• Attend stakeholder meetings and multidisciplinary case conferences
• Maintain accurate case notes and complete detailed progress reports
• Work collaboratively with a diverse allied health team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other Psychologists

What We're Looking For:

• Tertiary Qualification in Psychology
• Full or Provisional AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation, counselling, or case management setting highly desirable
• Understanding of CTP, Workers Comp, or vocational rehab frameworks
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle (with travel reimbursement!)
