InMotion Therapy & Supports is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Full Time Senior Support Coordinator to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team in Narellan. We're seeking someone who is not only passionate about client outcomes but also loves the synergy of working as part of a team.

At InMotion, we are a multi-disciplinary clinic with experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Support Coordination, and Behaviour Support. We have locations in both Narellan and Wollongong, serving a diverse range of clients, from adults to children. You’ll collaborate with families and carers to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery, especially during crises, to help participants achieve their goals.

Experience & Expertise: Experience experience in a support coordination or working in similiar roles is essential.

Role Requirements:

Experience in Support Corrdination or similar roles where you are required to provide suppprt to clients with disabities.

Current WWCC and NDIS worker check or willingness to obtain.

Friendly and professional nature, thriving in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Driver’s license and access to a car for work (KMs reimbursed).

A love for working in private practice.
