As a Client Services Consultant at Grace, you’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional service to our corporate clients. You’ll coordinate domestic relocations, manage client relationships, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client connections, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic relocation services for corporate clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships with Grace’s key accounts

Manage day-to-day client needs including database updates, proposals, and invoicing

Respond to client queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

Resolve issues with a solutions-focused mindset

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What You’ll Bring

Experience in removals or relocation services (preferred but not essential)

A passion for delivering top-tier customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel

A team player attitude with excellent organisational skills
