We're seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to drive the automation strategy for a high-impact Data Transformation/ETL program within a dynamic enterprise environment for a leading Banking client.

What you’ll be doing:
You'll lead the design and implementation of robust data-centric test automation frameworks tailored to large-scale ETL systems. You'll work closely with test management, developers, and analysts to build scalable automation solutions, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and deliver consistent, high-quality data outcomes.

What you'll bring:

8+ years in test automation (data-focused, not UI/API)

Strong experience with SQL and scripting (Python preferred)

Ability to design end-to-end automation frameworks

Knowledge of data validation, transformation, and ETL workflows

Excellent stakeholder collaboration and reporting skills

Bonus points for:

Exposure to cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift or BigQuery

ISTQB or similar QA certifications
