About the Role

This role leads and evolves test automation frameworks and standards across critical identity services. You'll drive quality assurance, define testing processes, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary Agile teams. Working with tools like Selenium, Azure DevOps, and C#, you’ll ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing digital services for citizens and other agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement automation frameworks and tools
• Lead testing strategy across functional and non-functional areas
• Automate test cases and enhance manual testing efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Monitor, report, and document testing outcomes and coverage
• Maintain requirements traceability and extend test artefacts

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and SpecFlow
• Strong knowledge of C#, SQL, XML, and GitHub workflows
• Proven track record in web and mobile automation testing
• Skilled in Azure DevOps and continuous testing integration
• Deep understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
