About the role

DLUX is seeking an experienced AEM Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As the AEM Technical Lead, you will play a strategic role in leading the development and implementation of complex AEM solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of our client's digital platforms. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

Lead and manage a team of AEM developers to deliver high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions

Drive the technical architecture and design of AEM projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and UX designers, to translate business needs into technical solutions

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of AEM-powered digital platforms

Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM technologies, trends, and industry developments, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance our clients' digital capabilities

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience as an AEM developer or technical lead, with a proven track record of delivering complex AEM solutions

Extensive knowledge of the AEM platform, including its architecture, development processes, and best practices

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies

Experience in leading and mentoring a team of AEM developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex technical challenges

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AEM trends and technologies, and a willingness to share knowledge with the team
