The Role

This role sits within the project team and offers a dynamic blend of hands-on coding, solution design, and the opportunity to provide technical and team leadership to a talented group of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of the company custom ERP and applications.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using modern technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Actively promote technical excellence and foster continuous improvement within the development team.
• Work across a diverse range of applications, occasionally utilizing different tech stacks based on project needs.
• Provide both technical direction and people leadership within an agile delivery environment, with a focus on building robust integration solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with data teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance system capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a dual-capacity role where you've led both technically and from a people-management perspective.
• Strong hands-on background with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and cloud technologies such as Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts and practices is highly desirable.
