Robert Half Technology are working alongside a well-known not-for-profit organisation in Brisbane who are looking to expand their agile delivery team with a newly created Software Tech Lead. Our client is a house-hold name and are a 'for purpose' business going through a period of growth. They pride themselves in the services that they offer to the community, which is reflective of their internal, family-like culture.

The Role
This is a newly created position which sits within the Delivery team and will involve a blend of hands on coding and solution design, along with technical and team leadership of a team of two developers. As a rough split, the role will be 75% hands on technical and 25% strategic and leadership. Below are some additional responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the design, development, implementation and support of the SaaS platforms and existing applications.
• Write robust code using modern frameworks including .NET, C# and SQL Server applications
• Identify and encourage areas of growth and improvement within the team.
• You will work on multiple different applications with different technologies at times.
• Provide technical and people leadership across the agile delivery team and lead the development of integration solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and work closely with the Data teams to improve business efficiencies s

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical and team leadership role where you have been hands on as well as a people leader simultaneously
• Extensive experience working with .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure, etc.

• Experience working in an Agile environment and be very familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, etc.
• Knowledge of how integrations work would be beneficial
