About the Centre

Our Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten centre in Tarneit North is situated in the heart of the Emerald Park Estate. The centre is conveniently close to Tarneit Central Shopping Centre and the tranquil Cottesloe Boulevard Wetlands. Our Aspire Tarneit North childcare centre provides nurturing and friendly learning environments for children aged six weeks to six years old.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

As the Head of Curriculum, you will be the educational leader for the service and you will be responsible for role modelling, coaching, and mentoring the Centre team to strive for and achieve best practice in developing and delivering high quality educational program.

About you

Must be a fully qualified ECT & Must hold either a provisional or fully registered VIT Registration

Prior experience in an Educational Leader with the ability to inspire, coach and mentor other educators and teachers to implement a high-quality program.

The ability to lead & motivate a large team

Ability to build positive relationships with children, families & employees

Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards

A current VIT registration, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate
