About the Centre
Aspire Early Education Werribee, Riverwalk is a well-established centre in Werribee, right off the Princes Highway, close to the southern Werribee exit on the Princes Freeway.
Aspire Riverwalk, Werribee provides high-quality education and care for children aged 6-weeks to 6-years old. The team of qualified early educators deliver a vibrant educational program for each age group, tailoring their content to the interests and needs of the children.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
Together with our educational leader you as the new head of curriculum you will be responsible for role modelling, coaching, and mentoring the centre leadership team to strive for and achieve best practice in developing and delivering high quality educational program.

About you
Minimum Diploma in ECEC & Working towards approved ECT Qual OR have already completed an approved ECT Qualification with a valid VIT Registration.
Prior experience in an Educational Leader with the ability to inspire, coach and mentor other educators and teachers to implement a high-quality program.
The ability to lead & motivate a large team
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families & employees
Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
A current Working with Children check or VIT registration, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate

At Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, we strive to provide high quality education and care, delivered by professional passionate educators. Each child’s journey is unique, and we tailor every early childhood journey to each child’s individual needs.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional childcare services throughout Melbourne and its surroundings, and at our first centre in WA, Baldivis. Established in Victoria in 2017, we currently have over 27 operational centres and have a pipeline of a further 30 centres to be rolled out over the next 2-3 years.
