About the Centre
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Cranbourne North is conveniently located opposite The Avenue Village Shopping Centre. Our purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Designed to help your child learn and grow, your child will quickly develop a love of learning and sense of community whether they are starting in nursery or attending our Kindergarten program.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
Working closely with a team of educators and the Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative early learning program, which will be reflective of current early years thinking and practices. As a Room Leader, you will be contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Aspire guidelines.

About you:
Minimum Diploma in early childhood education and care with proven experience in a similar role
Must be available to work rotating shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm
Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate
