We are looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at our upcoming Clydevale, Clyde North centre working Full time 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)!

About the Centre
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Clydevale is an upcoming centre in Clyde North. Located on Welsummer Drive, Aspire Clydevale is located within the new Welsummer community, making it a convenient location for families. It is also a short distance from many local primary schools, and right next to Ramlegh Springs Wetlands.

The Opportunity
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, budget administration, and communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and ensure the highest quality of care and education. Your role will be vital in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for children and families while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
About you
Diploma in ECEC highly regarded
Previous knowledge and experience in working with CCMS and XAP programs preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and computer skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner
Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and able to manage own time
Working with Children Check, Police Check required
