We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team across the Boorloo (Perth) Metro Area. Opportunities are available in the following locations:
Baldivis
Looking for an experienced support worker with airway management/basic tracheostomy care skills and proficiency in hoist transfers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Sleepover support availability is required.
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Ellenbrook
Looking for a support worker with experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
Availability for sleepover support is required.
Kwinana
Supporting a mature female with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement.
Ideal for someone with enthusiasm, great conversational skills, and maturity.
Medina
Seeking a support worker to provide Friday evening community support for a music-loving woman.
North Dandalup
Seeking a support worker to assist a young adult in his home and local community.
An interest in teaching life skills, cooking, fitness, and nature is highly regarded.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Subiaco
Looking for a support worker comfortable with silence to assist a coffee-loving man in exploring Perth, particularly its waterways and ocean.
Wellard
Providing support for a primary school-aged male, including school pick-ups and participation in activities.
A reliable vehicle is essential.
An interest in study and libraries is highly regarded.
Willagee
Supporting a pre-primary school-aged girl with complex needs, including PEG feeding, suctioning, hoist transfers, and personal care.
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to support her both at home and in the community is required.
The ideal candidates will be reliable, motivated, well organised, speak fluent English, have a passion for people and community and must have the following or be willing to obtain before commencement:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Infection Control Module
Waste Management Module
Driver’s Licence
WA Working with Children’s Check (if supporting someone under the age of 18)
