About the Role:
Joining a large and established payroll team, this role will see you responsible for end to end processing across a complex workforce. It's ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and thrives in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for a large employee base

Manage leave types including LSL, maternity, and parental leave

Interpret and apply EBAs and Awards accurately

Handle high-volume payroll processing with precision

Perform superannuation and payroll tax calculations

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries

Undertake terminations and redundancies

Respond to and manage payroll-related queries in a timely manner

Maintain strong knowledge of relevant systems and legislative requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in a large and complex payroll environment

Proficient in Chris21 (highly regarded)

Strong understanding of superannuation, payroll tax, EBAs, and awards

Demonstrated ability to perform full function payroll

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Strong team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
