About the role

As a valued member of our small sales team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers in an efficient and accurate manner. We recognise our products are specialised and we are looking for someone open to learning about our product ranges and actively pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Tasks

· Identify and act upon opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.

· Actively pursue new business opportunities.

· Manage and efficiently action inbound calls and enquiries from new customers.

· Prepare quotations and product information for customer enquiries.

· Collaborate with our sales team regarding customer quotations and sales-related documentation.

· Collaborate with our administration and dispatch team to prepare and deliver sample packs to potential customers.

· Follow up with customers post-sale to monitor and report on customer satisfaction.

· Deliver monthly sales reports.

Highly regarded skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software

· Experience in using CRM software

· Previous experience in a sales position

· Professional and positive attitude

· Strong organisational skills
