Your Next Opportunity:

Your role as our new Warehouse - Inwards Goods person is crucial to maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring the quality of received goods, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations. Your day will look like:

• Coordinate with couriers for on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with team members and customers by phone and email.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Forklift unload shipping containers, and hand unload couriers.
• Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders or shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records of received shipments, ensure that all relevant documentation, such as packing slips and invoices, is properly filed.
• Update inventory systems with received quantities to update records and track stock levels.
• Properly organize and store received goods in designated storage areas.
• Prioritise safety and follow OHS procedures.

Our Next Warehouse - Inwards Goods:

• Experienced in a similar Inwards Goods role; receiving and storing goods.
• An ability to work with SKU numbers and identify products.
• Physically fit for safe manual handling.
• Have a Forklift Licence, with experience in Counterbalance Forklift operations.
• A High Reach Forklift Licence and experience is desirable.
• Have great written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
• Are efficient and focused on detail.
• Have great time management.
