We’re on the lookout for confident communicators to join our customer service team, supporting one of Australia’s largest super funds. You don’t need previous call centre experience—we’ll give you all the training and tools to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
• Take inbound calls from customers and provide clear, helpful support
• Use internal systems to answer questions and resolve issues
• Keep customer information secure and follow compliance protocols
• Point people in the right direction when additional help is needed

• Comfortable using multiple systems and multitasking
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
