Position Title: Warehouse Storeman
Location: Tamar Cabinets - 75-79 Cranwell Street Braybrook
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Storeman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and operating a forklift safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality

Operate a forklift to move and store stock as required

Maintain stock levels and update inventory records

Ensure warehouse is clean, tidy, and complies with safety standards

Assist in stocktakes and cycle counts

Follow all company procedures and OH&S regulations

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Handle goods with care and report any damages or discrepancies

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse/storeman role

Valid forklift licence (LF)

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good communication skills

Basic computer skills for inventory systems (preferred)

Desirable:

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Knowledge of WHS standards in a warehouse setting

Current driver's licence (preferred)

Work Conditions:

Warehouse environment with physical tasks

May involve lifting heavy items and operating machinery

PPE provided and required
