What do you do?

• Prepare and manage contracts, authority forms, and marketing materials with precision
• Oversee property listings, advertising schedules, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems efficiently
• Support the sales team with sales campaigns, client communication, and open homes
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and colleagues to keep deals moving smoothly

What do you need?

• Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities
• Confidence using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Driver's license and car
