With facilities in London, Los Angeles, and Sydney, we partner with the world’s biggest studios to bring feature films, series, and trailers to screens around the globe.

In collaboration with Qube, we’ve built the largest and most advanced cinema delivery network across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific, delivering content and marketing materials to cinemas efficiently and at scale. Now, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager to help lead this growing operation from our Sydney office.

What You’ll Do:

Build and manage relationships with studio clients and film distributors, acting as their key point of contact

Oversee the full delivery process, from order to screen, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Support and onboard exhibitors into the Qube-EIKON network, acting as technical liaison when needed

Coordinate billing, rate cards, and monthly reports with the UK accounts team

Troubleshoot delivery issues, identify process improvements, and help drive service innovation

Collaborate with global teams in LA, London, and APAC to ensure seamless service across time zones

Become well-versed in EIKON systems (Trak, Skreen, subtitling, mastering & delivery) and expand your knowledge across our services

Experience You’ll Bring:

Excellent client management, communication, and organisational skills

High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Strong IT literacy and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

A collaborative spirit with the independence to manage your own workload

Ideally 2+ years’ experience in post-production, digital cinema, or content localisation

Location: Sydney
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
Salary: $75,000 + Super
