As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Internal Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales of our refrigeration products within our existing customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical product knowledge and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with existing customers to understand their needs and promote our refrigeration products.
  • Provide expert guidance on product selection, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline management in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.

About You:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical product environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
