ABOUT THE ROLE

As part-time 2IC, you will be responsible for partnering with the Store Manager and driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:

Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service

Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

Coach and mentor your team

Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
